We currently ship to Germany and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to other countries yet; more may follow. Shipping is free. HexaCore is built in a controlled small series; production takes about 3 to 4 months before your watch ships.

Yes. Pieces marked "Reorderable features" in the gallery can serve as your template: for each component (dial, hands, chapter ring, crown) you pick the watch whose feature you want in the pre-order form, mixing across pieces is fine. On every detail page you can save features as favorites (up to 5 per component); they then appear first in the form and are stored only in your browser. The pre-order is non-binding and requires no deposit: we review every combination before we commit, and you receive a newly built piece with its own texture and its own serial number.

Yes. 3D printing makes every watch unique: the surface texture of the titanium case emerges in the print and never repeats, and every piece carries its own serial number. The configuration (dial, hands, crown, chapter ring, strap) can exist more than once, for example in a rebuild.

You do not get the watch from the gallery, but a newly built piece with the same configuration: a new case with its own texture and its own serial number. The pre-order is non-binding and deposit-free. We review every combination, build the watch and then send you a personal order link. Only then do you buy. If you decline, the piece goes on open sale.

As long as you only choose from existing features of our watches, it is a rebuild at the regular price. A commission starts with your own wishes beyond that: a custom dial, special materials, a different movement. Commissions cost extra, are individually supervised, and we build a maximum of five per month. Request one here.

Yes, HexaCore is water resistant to 10 ATM: built for daily wear, water and movement.

Available gallery pieces are bought directly via the buy button and the regular shop checkout. For pre-orders and commissions you pay nothing in advance: after your watch is built you receive a personal order link by email and only pay then.
