Withdraw from contract
As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal policy. Use this form to declare your withdrawal directly online: you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email immediately.
This function applies to concluded purchase contracts. A pre-order is a non-binding request, it does not need to be withdrawn — an email to us is enough to cancel it.
