Production
fUSIO24 / HexaCore
fUSIO24 becomes visible.
HexaCore is the first expression of an idea: traditional watchmaking mechanics, additively manufactured titanium, and a surface that doesn't hide its origins.

Water resistance
10 ATM.
Built for everyday life, water, and movement. The sequence demonstrates that HexaCore is not just a design object, but is conceived functionally.
Raw Texture
Not smooth. Not hidden. Deliberately visible.
The raw structure is part of the attitude. The titanium casing is built additively and only processed to the extent required by function and wearability.
Printed from titanium
The casing is built up additively, layer by layer, instead of being traditionally milled from a solid block.
Visible manufacturing marks
The raw structure deliberately remains visible. It is not a flaw, but part of the identity.
Mechanics based on proven principles
New production logic meets classic watch mechanics: technical, wearable and serviceable.
Technology + Tradition
New manufacturing. Proven mechanics.
fUSIO24 combines digital design, additive titanium manufacturing, and classic watchmaking. HexaCore is not a sleek luxury item, but a visible piece of manufacturing culture.

Story
Why HexaCore looks this way.
The form emerged from experiments, technical limits and precise decisions. Here we show the path from the first attempts to the visible construction of HexaCore.
