Payment Method
The following payment method is currently available:
- Advance payment (bank transfer)
Payment details will be provided after the order has been placed. Shipment will be made after receipt of payment.
Delivery Times (important notice)
F24 products are manufactured after the order is placed and assembled and tested with the utmost care.
The total delivery time is currently approximately 3–5 months from receipt of payment.
The estimated delivery time is clearly and transparently displayed before the order is completed (e.g. on the product page and during checkout).
Shipping Costs & Destinations
🇩🇪 Shipping within Germany
- Shipping costs: free of charge
- Shipping provider: DHL
Delivery time:
approximately 3–5 months from receipt of payment
(manufacturing after order).
Statutory VAT is included in the product price.
🇪🇺 Shipping within the European Union
- Shipping costs: €15
- Shipping to: all member states of the European Union
Delivery time:
approximately 3–5 months from receipt of payment
(manufacturing after order).
Note:
After completion of manufacturing, the actual shipping transit time within the EU
is usually approximately 2–8 business days.
VAT is charged in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
No Shipping to Non-EU Countries
Shipping to countries outside the European Union is currently not available.
