Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Please refer to our Right of Withdrawal policy for details, requirements and consequences.

How do returns work?

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us in advance via e-mail at info@f24.watch and include your order number. We will then provide the next steps for returning the item.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Further information is provided in the Right of Withdrawal policy.

Note on delivery time

F24 products are manufactured after the order is placed. The regular total delivery time is currently approximately 3–5 months from receipt of payment. The estimated delivery time is clearly shown before the order is completed.
